William Honeywell, formerly of of Honeywell Law and now part of Low Murchison Radnoff LLP, provides experienced legal representation. He has a broad legal background, which includes experience in many areas of real estate law, including extensive experience in condominium law.
Mr. Honeywell has worked extensively in the wills and estates area. He has drafted both simple and sophisticated wills for his many clients. He has also custom-designed many complex estate and succession plans for clients. A complete estate plan includes as a minimum a will, powers of attorney for both property and personal care, and a living will. Succession planning may include the use of either inter vivos or testamentary trusts.
Mr. Honeywell has led seminars and lectured on a variety of legal subjects for various organizations, including the Canadian Bar Association, the County of Carleton Law Association, the Law Society of Upper Canada and the University of Ottawa. Mr. Honeywell received his B.A. from the University of Guelph in 1969 and both his M.B.A. and LL.B. from Dalhousie University in 1975. He was called to the Ontario bar in 1977.
Jess Honeywell is a law clerk with over 5 years of experience. Ms. Honeywell received her B.A. in Political Science from the University of Calgary in 2014.
